首都少年艺术团暨首都少年爱乐乐团等团队在北京王府学校正式成立！

　　6月21日，在孩子们“鼓乐齐鸣”的舞蹈中，“首都少年艺术团暨首都少年爱乐乐团、首都少儿打击乐课程研究中心”新闻发布会在北京王府学校演播厅隆重拉开帷幕。

　　首都少年爱乐乐团、首都少儿打击乐课程研究中心是北京王府学校继首都少年艺术团后打造的又一专业化中小学器乐演奏团体。

　　首都少年爱乐乐团定位于国际化、专业化、并与国内和世界艺术院校接轨的创新型中小学器乐演奏团体。乐团涵盖铜管、木管、打击乐、弦乐等十几个声部，集结了国家级艺术院校和国家级乐团的师资力量，艺术执导由现任中国音乐学院客座教授、并执棒“中国少年爱乐乐团”和“中国青年爱乐乐团”的中国台湾指挥家、音乐教育家林俊吉教授担任，团长由中国音乐学院长号教师、原国家大剧院管弦乐团长号首席谭深担任，所有声部授课顾问均由中国音乐学院、中国国家大剧院、中国爱乐乐团等国家级院团各声部演奏家担任，且全部具有留学背景，均为乐团首席、副首席及演奏家级别。

　　首都少年爱乐乐团致力打造国际化音乐人才的小、中、高的培养体系，为国家培养融会中西方音乐文化的国际人才，让北京王府学校成为国际顶尖音乐人才的培养基地，为普及中国音乐教育事业的蓬勃发展贡献力量。

　　乐团团员通过一年的专业训练和音乐基础的学习，将于第二年起承担校园重大活动的演出，陆续在各文化艺术节、音乐会及各种主流晚会中亮相，并将走进国家大剧院、音乐厅等音乐殿堂举办专场音乐会，同时乐团还将带领各声部学员参加国家级、国际级艺术节比赛，打造集教学、演出、创作为一体的校园音乐文化品牌。乐团将努力与国际接轨，为乐团团员提供优质国际教育资源，为选拔优秀团员进入世界一流大学深造深筑基石。

　　成立仪式上，中国驻美国大使馆教育处原公使衔参赞、教育部国际司原司长、北京王府校区总督导岑建君先生首先致辞。岑建君对首都少年爱乐乐团和首都少儿打击乐课程研究中心的成立表示衷心的祝贺，他期望通过如此一流的平台，让每个孩子都能得到音乐的启蒙和熏陶，从而使孩子们从小在优雅的音乐艺术环境中陶冶情操，启迪智慧，磨练意志，净化心灵，激发想象力。

　　现任北京王府校区艺术总监、首都少年艺术团团长的桂莹女士在采访中介绍道：“大多数孩子最初的灵感来源于音乐，无论他将来从事什么工作，音乐都会为他带来美好和幸福，同时演奏是一门发散性思维的专业，也是一门锻炼孩子意志力的专业，它能使孩子的大脑平衡发展，能锻炼孩子持之以恒的精神，成为真正的国际型人才一定是拥有艺术教养的人。”

　　乐团艺术指导林俊吉先生和乐团团长谭深先生，两位同是“中国少年爱乐乐团”和“中国青年爱乐乐团”指挥和团长，作为中国顶级专业青少年乐团的国家级艺术大师，他们也欣然走上台前，林俊吉指导对首都少年爱乐乐团的建设、发展目标、培养模式和管理模式等进行了介绍，随后，乐团团长兼长号顾问谭深先生就乐团各声部顾问一一作了介绍。

　　同时由在座艺术家们组建的“首都少儿打击乐课程研究中心”也于今日成立，艺术家们通过多年的国外教学与实践结合中国幼儿特点，研究出了一套专业的幼儿打击乐课程体系，让孩子从小在打击乐中增强对节奏的认知，同时也为首都少年爱乐乐团提前培养幼苗做好准备。幼儿打击乐课程体系与王府幼儿园共同开发完成，将科研与实践融合，力争打造成为行业标杆。

　　北京王府学校总校长王广发先生表示，“具备艺术素养、中西贯通的多能型人才，将在未来的时代浪潮中更具竞争力。北京王府学校一直以来倡导‘五育’并举，重视学生素质的全面培养，其中更是将艺术素养放在尤为重要的位置。我们不仅要让首都少年爱乐乐团成为首都孩子们器乐演奏成才的摇篮，更要让乐团成为未来中国城市少年音乐文化的名片和世界青少年文化交流的平台，让中国的音乐文化走向世界，让世界听到中国的声音。”

　　发布会中最引人入胜的环节莫过于各声部顾问现场“露一手”，乐团顾问老师们高超的演奏水平、极富感染力的表演和调动观众的艺术手段，使得现场观众情不自禁打着节拍参与其中，如痴如醉，乐声余韵，尽情体验着音乐带来的美的享受。最后林俊吉指挥中国青年爱乐乐团合奏的《马背上的长城》、《我的祖国》将整场活动推向高潮。

　　艺术教育是美育教育的重要组成部分，在中小学校教育中发挥着重要作用。通过一众国家级顶尖音乐专家的加持与护航，为学子们提供在高雅音乐中绽放的机会，相信，首都少年爱乐乐团定会成为首都少年音乐梦想的摇篮！

　　On June 21, The Capital Youth Art Troupe--The Capital Youth Philharmonic Orchestra and The Capital Children Percussion Music Course Research Center launching ceremony was held on Beijing Royal School’s campus. BRS established the Art Troupe as an innovative, international and globally-connected elementary and middle school wind ensemble. Its purpose is to cultivate international talents imbued with Chinese and Western music culture, allowing music education to develop and to flourish in China, and to identify Beijing Royal School as the hub for training top international music talents. 

　　On behalf of the school, Chief Supervisor of BRS campus Mr. Cen Jianjun expressed heartfelt congratulations on the establishment of the Capital Youth Philharmonic Orchestra. With such a first-class platform children of any age will be enlightened and nurtured by music, enabled to cultivate their emotions and to sharpen their wills, and enabled to purify their hearts and stimulate their imagination in an elegant musical and artistic environment. 

　　BRS Campus Art Director Gui Ying provided a brief, overall introduction of the Art Troupe, which included the teaching faculty, developmental goals, cultivation and management. She expressed that all will work hard to build a world-class art troupe for our students. By using advanced international education resources and providing professional training designed to cultivate students' musical abilities, the goal of seamlessly meeting the entrance requirements of leading international music academies and top universities can be achieved simultaneously. Gui Ying noted the importance of art education by saying that, "Most children are initially inspired by music, and, no matter what carriers may they pursue in the future, music will bring them the joy of beauty and happiness. In the same sense, playing a musical instrument can develop our students’ divergent thinking, and exercise their own willpower and perseverance. To become a truly international talent, one must have an artistic upbringing." 

　　The Art Troupe has hired national, professional orchestra musicians, who have substantial experience and solid theoretical foundation in music education, to be artistic advisors and professional teachers. In the future, the art troupe will undertake performances at major campus events, so that students can get more practice performing on stage for large audiences. The Art Troupe will perform at the campus Arts Festival, the New Year's Concert and various events as opportunities to perform arise. In addition, special concerts for the school's wind ensemble will be scheduled at the National Grand Theatre, the National Library Concert Hall, the Zhongshan Concert Hall and other music halls. Students will also be encouraged to participate in solo competitions at international and national art festivals, establishing BRS as a place that integrates music teaching, performance and creation. 

　　Mr. Lin Chun Chi, Vice President of China Taiwan Wind Music Association and Artistic Director of China Taiwan Ji Yin Symphonic Wind Orchestra; and Mr. Tan Shen, trombone teacher of China Conservatory of Music and former chief trombone player of National Centre for the Performing Arts Orchestra, were present at the launching ceremony, serving as the Artistic Director and Conductor, and Director of the Capital Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, respectively. BRS school leadership also awarded letters of appointment to the Artistic Director, Orchestra Conductor, Director and Artistic Consultants during the ceremony. 

　　Mr. Wang Guangfa, Chairman of Fazheng Group and General Principal of Beijing Royal School, wrapped up the event by expressing that the platform which BRS has created provides those students exhibiting musical aptitude with an opportunity for enlightenment, while also providing more intense professional training for students whose musical talents, potential and ambitions are already a known quantity. He believes that a person with national pride must be an artistically educated person, and that future international talents must also be artistically educated. We will provide world-class art education to the children in the capital city. The Capital Youth Philharmonic Orchestra will become the cradle of instrumental music for the children in the capital, and it will also be the future business card of the music culture of the Chinese urban youth and the platform of the world youth culture exchange.
