4月29日,天津市实验中学国际部的同学们乘车来到了时代记忆馆参加了退队建团仪式,并跟随着导游的讲解参观了记忆馆内的展品。时代记忆馆作为天津乃至全国弘扬正能量的爱国主义教育基地,陈列着丰富的具有时代特征的纪念物品和珍贵照片,传承中华文化,弘扬爱国精神,教育着无数青少年。随后MYP-3和DP-1的同学们一同前往空港经济区,参观了中科院生物研究所、津航技术物理研究所、中国航天和空客A320的生产车间,并参与了有趣的实验和知识问答。同学们在此次研学之旅中不仅拓宽了视野,还感受到了中国科技的进步和蓬勃发展。
On April 29 , Our IBMYP-3 students had set out on a journey to Tianjin Time Memory in this jolly season of spring. The withdrawal of The Chinese Young Pioneers was held along with a trip through the museums at the site in commemorating this specific event. We also had tour guides leading our students through the historical pictures and memorable items on display in the honor patriotism and Chinese culture. Afterwards the eighth graders, together with the DP-2 students, were brought to Tianjin Airport Economic Zone, China Institute of Biology, Tianjin Astronomy Institute of Physics and CASC and Airbus A320 workshop. The students were intrigued by the Q and As and science labs. Not only was this field trip inspiring, but quite enough had everyone witnessed the rapidly developing Chinese technology as well.
4月30日,我们迎来了全校一年一度的春季运动会。在此次运动会上,IB年级全体同学在积极参与的同时表现出了强烈的集体意识与运动精神。从走队的英姿飒爽,学子之风,到参加拔河等项目时的不懈拼搏,运动健儿们在赛场上挥洒汗水,拉拉队在观众席上文明观赛,为同学喝彩助威,营造出了浓厚的比赛氛围,同时也秉承了友谊为重的原则。
Right after the mid-term exams, the entire campus goes on a celebration of the annual Spring Sports Convention on April the 30th. Every individual from the IB campus had actively contributed to making the Sports Con more fierce and competitive. From the opening ceremony march to the different competitions, the athletes proved to us being the leading figures of absolute readiness and promoting friendship.
5月5日,IBMYP-2全体学生共同参加了“实验中学经典文化传承主题活动”。在银博缘四大发明体验中心,同学们学习了“四大发明”的知识并亲手尝试了古法造纸和活字印刷,大家都被中国古代人民的智慧所折服。随后同学们还共同参观了梁启超故居和曹禺故居,并一起朗诵了《少年中国说》,每个人都被其中的词句深深鼓舞,激发了大家的爱国热情。在杨柳青木版年画博物馆,同学们深入了解了杨柳青年画的制作工序以及历史,对天津的传统民俗文化有了直观的了解。活动中,同学们领略到了中国传统文化的博大精深,激发了热爱传统文化的热情。
On May the 5th, 2019, everyone from the IBMYP-2 class took part in the “TEHS Classic Culture” themed event. The students learned about the “Four Great Inventions” of China and also played along when it comes to experimenting papermaking and printing techniques themselves. Obviously, they were impressed by the wisdom of our ancestors. Our students then visited the former residence of Liang Qichao and Cao yu and of course, reading the literary work of “Young China” out loud boosted their patriotism. At the YangLiuQing traditional art museum, everyone had a direct visualization of the process of art making and its history. The event, in conclusion, was a great opportunity for the students to learn more about the traditional Chinese culture.
