上海浦东新区民办协和双语学校：五月的校园等你来

　　人间四月芳菲尽，又见五月笑颜开。随着一批又一批中学生的顺利返校，我们即将迎来又一批中学生和四、五年级小学生们的归来。为了迎接他们的到来，上海浦东新区民办协和双语学校在原来的疫情防控基础上进行了进一步的准备。

　　With the return of a batch of secondary school students, we are about to welcome a batch of lower secondary school students and G4 and G5 students back. In order to welcome their arrival, the school has made further preparations based on the original epidemic prevention and control.

　　【上下学】

　　各学部将根据年级安排错时到校上学和错峰陆续离校。我们在原有时间安排的基础上，进一步细化安排，错时错峰抵校，保证学生安全。放学时，我们会根据学生的所在年级和不同的离校方式安排不同的离校路径，避免人群的聚集。

　　Each stream will arrange their students to arrive and leave school at different times according to the different schedule. On the basis of the original schedule, we have further extended the time slot for students to enter the school, so as to evacuate the peak time for students to enter the school and ensure the arrangement of students. After school, we will arrange different departure routes according to students' grades and different ways of leaving school to avoid students gathering together.

　　【餐厅】

　　午餐时间中学生将进行错峰用餐，小学生将分班前往指定教室进行用餐，就餐座位间隔安全距离并单向就坐。餐厅和用餐教室都将加强各项消毒清洁工作，并保持空气流通。学生午餐继续以套餐形式供餐，并保证品质和营养。

　　Secondary school students will have a different lunch time from primary school students. Primary school students will go to designated classrooms to have meals. The seats will be arranged at a safe distance and students are required to sit in one direction. Both the dining room and classrooms where students have lunch will be disinfected and cleaned, and air circulation will be maintained. Student lunches are set meals and the quality and nutrition are guaranteed.

　　【物资准备】

　　随着返校学生的数量增多，学校在原有物资准备的基础上增补了各类物资，并做好了相应物品的管理，以便有效应对突发情况。同时，我们也再次提醒家长，在校期间学生请勿佩戴有呼吸阀的口罩、N95或防护级别更高的口罩，这些都不利于大家的健康。

　　With the increase of the number of students returning to school, the school has added various materials on the basis of the original material preparation, and made a good management of the corresponding materials, so as to effectively respond to emergencies. At the same time, we also remind parents once again that during this period, students do not wear masks with breathing valves, N95 or masks with higher protection level, which are not good to the students’ health.

　　学校在原有中英文版《教职员工开学准备工作指南》的基础上进行了更新并下发，各学部也都在学部主任的带领下进行了全面的防疫工作培训，明确了复课后一日流程安排，对突发状况的应急处置做了详细解读，明确了每个老师的职责，对防疫要求已了然于胸。同时，我们对日常的体温检测、防疫数据报告等重要上报信息，梳理了一套高效的、明晰的流程，确保“数据尽在掌握，安全健康先行”。

　　The original Chinese-English version of start of school staff preparation guide has been updated and distributed to each stream. The head of each school has lead their staff to do the all-round epidemic prevention training. Teachers are clear about the whole day schedule and emergency disposal mechanism. They also know clearly about their own job responsibilities and epidemic prevention requirement. At the same time, we have organized a set of efficient and clear procedures for daily reporting of important information such as temperature checkup and epidemic prevention data, so as to ensure that "all data are under control and safety and health are the most important".

　　过于漫长的假期也促使我们更多关注学生的学习状态和心理状态。为更好的帮助学生找回学习状态，各学部都对在线教学的过程进行了反思，对于复课初期，线上线下教学的衔接以及查缺补漏工作都制定了详细的计划。同时，我们也在关注孩子的心理健康。本月是我们学校的心理健康月，将会有一系列丰富有趣的活动邀请学生参与。

　　The long holidays also make us pay more attention to students' learning state and psychological state.
